Asociación Pictour:

The Pictour Association (Asociación Pictour), founded in 2019, promotes the use of new technologies in art, photography, and video, encouraging participation in educational programs and European projects for young people and adults.

Based in Navatejera, León, Spain, the association operates primarily at the provincial level, but also participates in national and international initiatives to achieve its goals. Since its founding, Pictour has focused on creating a sense of belonging and community through art, photography, and other cultural media.

Pictour's main objective is to encourage the participation of children, young people, and adults in educational, cultural, and social activities. The association promotes equal opportunities and supports people at risk of social exclusion by offering creative and educational workshops, debates, and discussions on various activities.

Furthermore, Pictour is a member of the Villaquilambre Youth Council, which we co-founded and whose board of directors we joined at its inception.
